Holiday studio Cascais, Costa de Lisboa, Portugal.

The apt. has been recently decorated. It is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishes, linen, etc. Guests enjoy the Moroccan carpets which add to the charm of the apt. Guests do not need a car (although there is ample parking available) - the center of Cascais is about a 15 minute walk, and there is ample bus service. Nearby are restaurants, cafes and a supermarket. Jack and Clara live nearby and are pleased to help with suggestions and recommendations.we both enjoy meeting people and helping them to have a fine holiday.

The center of Cascais is about 15 minutes walk from the apt. If you have a car, Lisbon is a 30 minute drive and Sintra about 15 minutes.
Without a car Lisbon is easy to reach by train - about 35 minutes - and there are good bus connections to Sintra. One of the routes takes about 45 minutes and goes through the lovely Sintra mountains. For beaches there are many choices; Cascais and Estoril and also the famous surfing beach of Guincho - an easy bus journey of about 15 minutes.

Hire Car: Not necessary

From Cascais station take a short taxi ride - about 4 euros - to Rua Jorge Reinel. The apt. is Lote 11, 2' I. I frequently meet people at the Cascais station and take them to the apt. Our maid lives close by, and in the event that I cannot meet the guest, she will open the apt. From Lisbon by car, take the A5, exit at the end of the motorway in the direction of Cascais. At the 4th roundabout take a left turn, then the next left. At the bottom of a small hill take another left and you will see a block of apartments on the right side.

I am totally flexible about both arrival and dept.

Low season rental is 35 euros per night, minimum 4 nights. 210 per week. The price will be 40 euros from April until June 30. In high season it is 45 euros. Prices are negotiable, particularly for rentals of a week or more.
