In case you come by car follow the A22.
At the junction of Portimao follow the signs to Praia da Rocha and stay on that road until you reach the last roundabout at the beach. Then take 3/4 of the roundabout and drive until the next roundabout. Turn right and again the first street right. On the right hand there is a covered to pay for parking in case you can't park your car on the street and about 50 meters further you see on your right hand the Cruzeiro building.
