Situated at the beachfront, offering marvelous views, our beautiful vacation studio in Estoril, Portugal, is an excellent getaway for you to spend a few days with your dear ones. This retreat can comfortably lodge up to three guests. There is a kitchen to take care of your culinary demands.

To keep you entertained, there is a TV and VCR. Our vacation retreat is wheelchair accessible as well. Your beloved pets are more than welcome at this pet friendly retreat. For golf aficionados, an excellent golf course is also near by. A safe swimming beach is also at a short distance.

Payment Policy

Rates are in Euros.

The payment conditions are 30% with the reservation and I send you a reservation document.

You can pay by bank transfer.

The other 60% you can pay prior arrival plus a damage deposit of 100€.

We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay.

You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys etc.

You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles.

You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

You will be charged for violations to the house rules.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of 50.00€. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 2 night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
