Lovely apartment in Estoril, featuring a huge hardly used, common terrace, with breathtaking views, at the top of the building.
The apartment (1st floor with lift - the building only has two floors) consists of a sitting/dining/kitchenette (cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, separate freezer, washing machine, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster), with French windows opening onto a closed balcony and single sofa-bed.
One double bedroom (also with a closed balcony, used as a small study), one bathroom (bath with shower attachment, basin, bidet and WC).

Very close to Estoril centre, yet the apartment is located in a very quiet road within walking distance from all the amenities you may wish for: restaurants, bars, supermarket, Spas, Estoril Casino, the beach and the small train that goes to Lisbon (well worth a visit!).
With mild temperatures during the winter and summers cooled by a breeze blowing in from the Atlantic, the area offers a rich, impressive diversity with a wide choice for every member of the family:
Beaches - calmer ones (Estoril, Cascais) and rougher ones: the area is a surfer's and windsurfer's paradise: Guincho, Praia Grande, Ericeira).
Golf - Within a 10Kms radius there are several golf courses to choose from: Estoril, Marinha, Oitavos, Beloura....
Tennis - Estoril, Marinha.
Riding - Marinha
And then there is Sintra, the lovely town with it's beautiful palaces and the Serra (mountain) if you enjoy walking; Mafra with the amazing 17th century palace/convent with a spectacular rococco library and the miniature village at Sobreiro and for beautiful walks and nature observation The Tapada Real (the former Royal hunting grounds).
