beach, restaurants, bars, town centre, supermarkets, launderette,
local banks, casino, tram and pharmacy.
The apartment is newly constructed and is furnished to a high standard
to ensure a pleasant stay for its guests. It can accommodate up to 4
people comfortably.

Rules
Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music
outside after ten o’clock at night. You will lose the entire damage
deposit if police are called and come to property for any disturbance
Absolutely No Smoking!
On Departure:
All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival.
The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped
down.
All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can.
Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings.
Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors.
Check-in standard from 03:00 PM - check-out by 10:30 AM. Check-
in/Check out from 20:00 to 00:00, will be charged 30€, and from 20:00
to 8:00 will be charged 40€.
Internet USB pen available for 10€/600MB (no time limit).
Early check-in is possible; call upon arrival to verify.

The Atlantic resorts of Estoril and Cascais - which along with nearby
Sintra make up Portugal so-called 'Golden Triangle' - are an excellent
base for visitors to Portugal. Within easy reach of the capital Lisbon
by train from Cais do Sodre station both Estoril and Cascais, (less
than 30 minutes apart on foot) have long been the preferred getaway of
rich Lisboetas and well-to-do European visitors. Known as a haunt of
international spies in World War II and later hideaway of various
pretenders to European thrones, Estoril is now a palm-fringed, pastel
playground of the well-off and well connected, drawn by a winning
combination of Europe's largest casino, a range of first-class hotels
and some superb golf courses. Praia de Tamariz is the lovely beach at
the centre of the town with showers, an ocean swimming pool and a
number of good bars for a sun-downer. Estoril Casino includes a
variety of restaurants, bars, a nightclub and a nightly floor show.
The casino provides roulette, blackjack, slots and poker tables.
Estoril plays host to the Estoril open tennis tournament in April - an
important clay-court warm-up for the French open and the Estoril Golf
course has held the PGA Portuguese open. There are 6 golf courses on
the Estoril Coast with varying degrees of difficulty suitable for all
types of players.

Direcções
The apartment is just 35 km from Lisbon's airport, about 30-45 minutes
drive. If you're not planning to bring your car (or rent one), at the
airport you'll find aeroshuttles witch will take you to Cais do Sodré,
where you can take the Train to Estoril. These aeroshuttles run
regularly between the airport and the town centre, every 20 minutes to
be precise. There are always local taxis available. Cheap flights
available from aerlingus.com, easyjet.co.uk and Monarch Airlines. Or fly
with Ryanair.com to Faro and then drive up to Lisbon which takes just
2.5 hours You can rent a car at the airport, all the major car rental
companies are represented there, such as Avis, Hertz, Europcar and Sixt.
We can arrange an airport transfer. Simply send an email and we will
make the necessary arrangements.
