2 room apartment in private one floor house comfortably accommodating 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Set in 2,500m2 of lawned gardens with 5m x 11m swimming pool There is one large bedroom with 2 full single beds and a living area with 2 full single beds which serve as seating areas during the day. A traveling baby cot can be included if necessary. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bath and shower. There is a large private pateo with table and chairs and barbecue for outdoor eating. The apartment is comfortable and decorated and furnished with taste. There is a washroom with washing machine, dryer and ironing board for guests use. There is a pool house and bathroom and plenty of outside furniture and mattresses as well as lilos and rubber rings etc. Towels are supplied for use around the pool. Guests are welcome to use the bicycles of the owners. A food starter pack is provided on guests arrival.

The apartment is situated in the village of Areia, 10 minutes by car from Cascais and 30 minutes from Lisbon. The beach of Guincho famous for its surfing and windsurfing is a 10 minute walk away. It is 5 minutes away from the end of the motorway from Lisbon. It has a very tranquil setting down a dirt track and is ideal for walking and cycling. There are 4 riding stables, tennis courts and golf within 5 minutes walk away. There is a regular bus service between Areia and Cascais.

Nearest Shops: 3 mins walk

Cascais 10 mins drive

Sintra 20 mins drive

Hire Car: Not necessary

Guests who hire a car at Lisbon airport take the A10 motorway to Cascais. The property is situated 5 minutes away from the end of the motorway. A taxi can be organized to pick up guests who do not wish to hire a car. There is also a bus service from the Airport to the train that runs between Lisbon and Cascais. The train journey takes 30 minutes. From cascais guests can either take the local bus or hire a taxi.

Guests arrival after 3pm and departure before 11am. However, this can be changed according to circumstances.
