Casa Yucca is a beautiful one bedroom beach house, situated in the beautiful village of Carrapateira in the Western Algarve, a popular destination for surfers. It is in a stunning location and just twenty metres from the beach itself. It takes just over an hour to drive to the house from Faro Airport.

It is situated in the Costa Vicentina Natural Park which has very strict planning laws for future buildings.

The house is eco friendly and finished only with natural products so there were absolutely no chemicals used during its building.

Accommodation consists of a mezzanine double bedroom and full large bathroom. The sitting room is tastefully furnished and has a television with satellite. The kitchen is well-equipped and has, amongst its appliances, a microwave and washing machine. The property has a south facing sun terrace and its own parking space.

Being on the Algarve coast it has a superb all year round climate coupled together with the cool Atlantic breeze in the hot summer months it makes it the perfect location for a beach holiday.

Carrapateira is famous for its surfing, having hosted the World Championships in 2005. The beaches are unspoiled and very quiet.

The stunning coastline of Carrapateira is only a twenty minute car journey from Lagos, Arrifana, Aljuzur and Sagres. Sagres is also a surfera€™s paradise with the beaches of Tonel, Mareta, Baleeira and Martinhal, the latter being regarded as the best wind surfing location in Europe.

Cape St Vincent is a two minute journey from Sagres and marks the most Westerly point of Europe. Historically, Sagres was known by sailors as 'Worlds End' and it is here where Henry the Navigator had his world famous school of navigation.
