1st floor apartment in the prestigious Vila Marachique complex, served by two lifts. The grounds of the Vila Marachique are very extensive, with many beautiful plants and palm trees. The main pool is very large and has a snack bar close by, there is also a kiddies pool. There is also a residential restaurant on site. The apartment balcony overlooks the pools, beautiful extensive gardens and children' s play area.

Bedroom: Bedroom with double or twin beds, ample cupboard space. Fitted wardrobe with drawers and safety deposit box for values. Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath/shower over, WC, bidet. Kitchen: Modern kitchen with large fridge, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine, gas/electric halogen hob. Living Rooms: Open plan lounge/dining room with double-glazed patio doors on to private balcony, with a further table and chairs for alfresco dining. TV, dining table, chair and a sofa which converts to 2 single beds. Clothes airier in the balcony. Other: The rooms are modern and airy.

The apartment has reception and underground parking in the basement with direct access into the lift. The complex has a good quality restaurant as well as a poolside snack-bar. There is a big pool for adults and children and also a playground for kids.

A few minutes drive to the best of Western Algarve's superior beaches and amenities and Alvor's premier golf resort. Many other holiday attractions, including water slide parks, Zoo marine and much, much more all easily accessible.

- Faro Airport to Alvor is about 50km (1 hour)drive mostly motorway. Car hire is not essential, but recommended. Airport transfers can be arranged, local bus stop right outside complex for buses to Alvor and Portimao and a taxi into Alvor is only 4/5 euro

- 50% of booking cost is taken with reservation, balance payable 1 month prior to holiday. Payments via bank transfer.

- All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival.

- The kitchen should be clean, and refrigerator wiped down.

- All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can.

- Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings.

- Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors.

- Leave keys on kitchen table.
