The apartment is situated in Armacao de Pera on the sunny Central Algarve Coast of Portugal.
It is a No Smoking apartment. However smoking on Balcony okay.
It is on the third floor of a quiet condominium with less than 10 minutes walk to beautifull sandy beaches.
Shops and restaurants are also within 10 minutes walk.
The apartment has lounge with TV/DVD and Free View Box, a double pull-out sofa bed, dining area seating 4/6. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, washing mashine coffe and juice makers. The bathroom has a full length bath cum shower. Bedroom with extra cupboard space as well as cupboard space in the hallway.
The condominium is wheelchair friendly with ramp and two lifts
Pool with sun-loungers and underground parking.
South facing balcony with barbeque and table and chairs.
Armacao de Pera is known for the longest uninterrupted beach on the Algarve.
Golf - you will be right in the middle of golf heaven. Nearest golf courses are Vale de Milho and Salgados Golf
