The apartment belongs to a UK family and is also their cherished holiday home, so has those extra touches that make it more than just another 'holiday rental' apartment. Step out from your lounge and you have a private patio for al fresco dining and, of course, lazing. If you are travelling with children they can also get to know other friends in a nearby complex (2 minute walk). Although this apartment is not part of that complex the owner's guests are allowed to use the facilities there - such as games room, pool, etc.(there may be charges for some amenities). Send the teenagers round there (literally just around the corner) to keep them happy and quiet and you get the best of both worlds - you can relax in perfect peace knowing they are happy!
