This is the ideal villa for a family who want the space and privacy afforded by a villa but not the inconvenience of having to take the car out every time you want to visit the beach, restaurants or just buy a pint of milk!
Tucked away in the residential area of Quinta Da Bella Vista, this modern four bedroom semi detached villa has spacious gardens and a lovely 8 x 4 metre private swimming pool.
The restaurants, shops and nightlife are just a 5 minute walk away, and the long sandy beaches of Oura, Eulalia and Fisherman's Beach are about a 15-minute stroll.

The open-plan kitchen has separate seating and all mod-cons including washing machine and dishwasher for your added convenience. From the rear of the kitchen is a door leading out to the pool area.
Two of the Bedrooms are fitted with full built in wardrobes and twin beds and the third and fourth bedroom also has fitted wardrobes and double beds. One of the Double bedrooms is en-suite.
Outside the pool area is fully paved, surrounded by grassed areas and an there is an ample supply of outdoor furniture.

Tariff is per week for up to 8 people sharing. An extra child can be accommodated for 84 euros per week.
Minimum 7 days rental in peak season.
Changeover days can be flexible - please ask.
Payment is by bank transfer in sterling.
Card payments in sterling or euros + 3.75pc
Paypal accepted
30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
Security / damages deposit of 200 euros is payable on arrival or with balance payment for this property.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there\'s a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that\'s not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
