This lovely one bedroom apartment is on one of the newest and probably last beachside resorts in Albufeira - 250 metres through the private gated access and you are on the beach in Forte S�o J�ao, Albufeira. ...that is if you can drag yourself away from the pools, tennis court or barbecue area...and so much more.. that this central Algarve resort offers. This high quality sea view apartment is on the new Barracuda complex and has lots of extra touches to make this your annual home from home. Even beach towels are included. Air conditioning, jacuzzi bath, underfloor bathroom heating & a sea and pool view terrace - what ARE you waiting for? And if you really have to take the children with you on holiday, don't worry there's a sofa bed that turns into two singles. The apartment is on the same level as the pool and you can sit on the terrace and watch the children in the pool with the amazing beach just beyond. The apartment itself is fitted to a very high standard and the owner has added lots of little extras such as beach towels, hairdryer, picnic plates, cafetiere etc to make it a real home from home. The double sofa in the living area opens to provide two single beds - so is ideal for children of all ages. There's also a travel cot if baby is going. There's a large screen TV and DVD player, so no moans from the teenagers! Pack some cartoons and you've got the ideal way to keep younger children entertained when they need a little rest from the sun ( hard to imagine but it does happen!). The beaches in the Algarve are generally all quite amazing but in this part of Albufeira you'll enjoy the best of the best...and in just a couple of minutes walk. The resort of Barracuda is secure and for guests only and entry is by a special key fob (2 provided with a refundable deposit on arrival). There is a tennis court for guests - no charge but take your own equipment...a good sized shared pool plus a separate children's pool...a purpose made barbecue area...and lots of garden space around the buildings. The apartment itself has 1 twin bedroom, living/dining area, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, full cooking facilities etc. Both the bedroom and living area are south facing and the large balcony that is accessed from both rooms looks out over the pool and onto that fantastic sea view. An ideal Algarve self catering apartment close to the beach for a couple or a young family.
