Living Rooms: Open plan lounge/dining room with double-glazed patio doors on to private balcony, with a further table and chairs for alfresco dining. TV, dining table, chair and a sofa which converts to 2 single beds. Clothes airier in the balcony. Other: The rooms are modern and airy.

The apartment has reception and underground parking in the basement with direct access into the lift. The complex has a good quality restaurant as well as a poolside snack-bar. There is a big pool for adults and children and also a playground for kids.

A few minutes drive to the best of Western Algarve's superior beaches and amenities and Alvor's premier golf resort. Many other holiday attractions, including water slide parks, Zoo marine and much, much more all easily accessible.

- ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit.

- All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival.

- The kitchen should be clean, and refrigerator wiped down.

- All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can.

- Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings.

- Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors.

- Leave keys on kitchen table.
