This cozy apartment, located in a quiet area of Armação de Pêra is the perfect choice, for it's comfort, it's location close to restaurants, banks, video club and supermarket, and a short walk to the beach and to the nightlife packed streets.

The apartment is divided into a good dimension bedroom with closet, a large bathroom with it's walls resembling the bottom of a pool. The living room is generous enough for a large corner sofa with a breakfast counter facing the kitchen and four large windows that give access to a nice balcony where you can enjoy your meals, and that allow plenty of light indoors.

The Kitchen is well equipped with a large refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and laundry machine. All linen and bath towels included, except for beach towels.

A Damage/Booking deposit of 30% of total rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Money orders, and Paypal are accepted forms of payment.

Up to 10 business days after Check-out Damage/booking deposit will be refunded via Bank order.

People with children must pay close attention to them at all times, particularly when in the Kitchen and Balcony.
