Here you will find a new apartment located in a condominium with
swimming pool, in a great location. You are within short distance
to stunning sandy beaches, lively cafes, bars and restaurants,
numerous shops and local markets.
The traditional picture postcards of Alvor and Ferragudo with it's
narrow cobble streets are only a short drive away.
Modern, fully equipped and furnished with all the necessary
conditions to enjoy your holidays with comfort and tranquility.
The living room has sofa bed with reinforced mattress allowing to
accomodate up to 4 people comfortably.
There is also a large balcony with outdoor grill where you can
enjoy Alfresco meals.
It is situated in a quiet and central area just 300 meters away
from a wide variety of supermarkets such as Continente, Aldi and
Lidl. Mc Donald's is also just 300 meters away from the apartment.
It is within easy reach of the main beaches of the council such as
Praia da Rocha (1300 meters away), Praia do Vau and also to the
city centre and riverside (900 meters awa).
There is a shared swimming pool in the condominium with a small

Apartment Lage
Portimão is a very turistic city in the South of Portugal. Being
located in the South coast is well known in the sailing world for
being ideal location for sailing the Atlantic Ocean.
The city hosts many sporting events and there is also a wide range of
activities you can find here related to water sports and many more
attractions.
The Algarve has a wonderful year round weather suitable for big fans
of sun-sand-sea vacation as well as it can provide lots of activity
and adventure. Do not miss the local cuisine and fresh seafood and
fish from going to the ancient port city and have lunch or dinner in
many restaurants located near the Old Bridge, or go to the market and
buy the best fresh foods and prepare your meal.
Immaculately clean and superb beaches are one of the major attractions
of the city, so we recommend a boat trip to the caves along our coast.
Also visit the small fishing village of Alvor where there are several
restaurants and a small marina where you can watch a beautiful sunset,
sun while sipping a cool drink.
On a short trip to Monchique (17Km) can enjoy the quiet and the
mountain delicacies, or a trip to Sagres (55 km) to visit the Cape St.
Vincent in the most west of the Algarve.
