Welcome to the apartment of choice for couples who want to have the full taste of Lisbon while resting on a quiet suburban residential area along Lisbon/Estoril's coastline. At 2 minutes walking distance there's the Carcavelos train station. From there, you're 15 minutes away from either Lisbon historical centre or Cascais historical centre, the view from the train is amazing as most of the railway goes along the coastline, right next to the water.
This penthouse has a lovely spacious south/sea facing terrace (for exclusive use of our guests) accessible from the living room where guests can enjoy full privacy and tranquillity. The terrace has a small garden, a BBQ/dining area with a large shade and a sunbathing area with a few loungers. Sitting on top of a small 3-story building, this apartment has a lovely view of the Ocean over the treetops and the single line of rooftops/ separating it from the coastline.
You can walk to the nearby Carcavelos beach while enjoying the relaxed streets of Carcavelos, just 1Km away. You can also enjoy the romantic restaurants, gardens, supermarkets, pharmacies and banks, all within a short walk from the apartment.
3 bicycles are included for our guests to better explore the region/coastline.
Complimentary bottle of portuguese fine red wine provided upon arrival.
Pod espresso coffee machine provided with complimentary coffee capsules.
About the owners:
We're a couple in our early thirties who outgrew this apartment and moved into a larger one. I'm a Telecommunications Engineer and Claudia is a school-teacher.

Why we chose an apartment in this location:
I've grown near this apartment, it was a dream come true for me to buy this previledged apartment next to everything I love. As a couple we loved watching the starry nightsky during the summer confortable nights outside in the terrace, we loved bringing friends over to the terrace, listening to some soft music, relaxing outside all day long in the hammock or the loungers. We'd go for our nightly walk in the sea promenade. We'd go out at night to the most various places by train without worrying about drunk driving. We're detail oriented, so everything in this house was thought out to provide you the same kind of experience we had while living here, and I've got to tell you, it was truly amazing.
Unique benefits of the property:
Breathtaking, silent, huge nightsky over the ocean (should weather permit). You should see the thunderstorms...they light the whole place up through the huge windows facing the sea. Every little detail in this house was carefully thought out...we're not cutting any corners as we owe a lot to this place. We passionately believe it deserves to show itself to you in its full glory. No need to convince you on the benefits of the seaview and the proximity to the beach. Go everywhere in town, see everything then come back to a relaxed, tranquil and very easygoing environment.
