Quinta Serramar has 3 units, main villa + 2 garden suites, accommodating from 10 to 23 people
•The double storey main villa has 5 large bedrooms:
on 1st fl: 1 en suite bedroom with shower + 2 twin bedrooms and 1 full bathroom
on ground floor: 1double + 1 twin bedroom and 1 shower room
• Close to the villa 2 equally pleasant and elegant garden suites
Garden suite 1: twin bedroom, bathroom and sitting room with double sofa bed.
Garden suite 2: twin bedroom, 2 smaller adjoined single bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sitting room and mezzanine with 2 single beds.
For 2 extra people , 2 divans available on request , extra cost € 10€ day/person
For babies 3 cots and baby chairs available on request, no extra cost.
Also on the property there is an old barn (400m2) that has been converted to an entertainment area with a fairly large kitchen, a dining room with a fireplace typical of Portuguese farms. Great for barbecues, parties and late evenings around the table.
There's a separate outdoor barbecue area with a kitchenette.
A laundry room fully equipped with various washing machines.
Swimming pool area is very sheltered and secluded

Surrounded by mountains, trails for trekking, biking, is located in the heart of the Sintra Cascais Natural Park, the most beautiful beaches of Portugal and Sintra’s World Heritage historical monuments are just a few minutes away.
Serra de Sintra known in ancient times as Mons Lunae (the Hills of the Moon), because of its strong traditions of astral cults, still clearly visible in the region's countless monuments and archaeological remains, the Serra de Sintra is a granite outcrop roughly 10 km long, rising abruptly between a vast plain to the north and the estuary of the River Tagus to the south. It is a mountain range that twists and turns, projecting into the Atlantic Ocean to form Cabo da Roca - the headland that marks the westernmost point of continental Europe. Thanks to its unique microclimate, Sintra has some of the most beautiful parks in Portugal, planted in keeping with a certain romantic taste. The freshness of the region's pure air, the mists of its indescribable mystery and its vibrant culture, the great variety of its organised events - a special mention here for the Music Festivals and Ballet Nights organised in the summer.

Prices on display for remaining period of the year are for occupation of main villa up to 10 people ( minimum rental).

2 Extra divans available on request, extra fee of 10 euros/ per person / per day, for rentals higher than 20 people.
