The apartment is located on the 1st floor with video entry phone. The interior comprises a large master bedroom with twin divan beds and a marble en-suite bathroom. There is a further large bedroom with two single divan beds and a second shower/guest cloakroom.
The kitchen comprises of a 4 ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer plus all the usual utensils and a table with 4 chairs. The living area is light and spacious with ample seating and cable tv with uk channels and a dvd player plus a dining table with 6 chairs, this room opens onto a wide balcony through double French doors. The large terrace has a table with 4 chairs and views over the pool lake with the marina and town in the background. The lake is home to two local swans.

The apartment is situated directly on the Marina, which offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, café, shopping and markets.
The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is only a 5 to 10 minute walk, with a variety of water sports activities available. Palmares, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses are a 5 to 15 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30-minute drive

Extra person over 2 years is an extra £60 per week on a z-bed or sofa bed, under 2yrs £25 per week including a cot, Highchair £12.50 per week, Sunday arrival £25.00 per week. November to March rates include £25 towards amenities, extra usage over this amount will be charged at the local rate. Reduced winter rates available for long stays.
