A wonderfull traditional Portuguese house that belongs to the same family for over 200 years and has been totally refurbished recentlly.the home with garden area about 200m2.very near the River and the The City Hall.The Car it is not necessary.
Because of its thick walls and the traditional acrchitecture mantains a very cool temperature trough the summer time, and although it is located in center of Tavira it is very calm because of its private terrace and garden.the bedroom have 2 window to the garden.can have feeling your sleeping like in the garden.it is so peaceful and relax.
It is perfect for romantic and relaxing breaks.
Easy acess to the beach and supermarked.
The house comprises a light bedroom with double bed and a large arched window looking out to garden. There is also a smaller room where two children can be acomodated.
A large open space with all kitchen facilities along one wall and dining table in the centre, accessed trough original arched stucture from open corridor.A beautifull space with plenty of light and access to the garden by french doors.
Cable TV; VCR and DVD/CD player
Baby chair; baby bed.Heating for winter time.
