Located in a samll development up in the hill, very close to to the village of S. Bras de Alportel with all facilities and aprox. 20kms from the Capital Faro.
The market in S. Bras opens every morning except sundays, for fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and fish and there is a general market on saturday morning. Walking diatance to a Restaurant and super market.
This cosy and comfortable house, fully air con and 2 ceiling fans in living/dining/kitchen area, offers privacy with solar heated pool with round shallow end with water jets. Has been built " up side down" in order to enjoy beautiful views over the country side from the upper ground floor. There is a gracious open plan sitting/dining area and fully fitted modern kitchen, well equiped, with french windows to an enclosed terrace also with french doors and pictures windows, and stairs down to the pool area . A cloack room and small office with internet access
The 2 bedrooms have windows to pool terrace, and shower room are in the lower ground floor. All windows have insect screens.
