2 bedroom quality apartment (sleeps 6) situated on a deluxe complex with golf course, 6 large pools (at least one heated), 4 children' s pools, tennis courts, restaurant, gym, indoor pool/Jacuzzi and children' s club.
The complex is on the coast in Balaia, just outside Albufeira at Olhos de Agua.. All major Golf Courses are within 30 mins.

Located in the heart of the complex close to pools, golf centre and a short walk to the beach the apartment overlooks the golf course.

The nearest pool has a snack bar, children's play area and is also where the resort's 'Kid's Club' is located.
The pool has a separate shallow area for young children.
The apartment is also close to the restaurant/bar and Reception.
The beach is less than a ten minute stroll away.

Both bedrooms are equipped with twin beds.The master bedroom has its own access to the terrace and lawned frontage which views onto the Golf
Course. Both bedrooms are equipped with electric heaters for cooler seasons.

The ground floor terraces accessed directly from the Living Room and the Master Bedroom are both south facing and benefit from many hours of sunshine each day.
Sun loungers and patio furniture are provided.

There is a full size washing

The apartment benefits from being in the heart of the village. The beautiful Maria Luiza beach is just a few minutes walk away. aThe Village's Golf centre is a leisurely stroll through the well tended gardens.

Currency conversions are calculated on the day of paying the deposit / balance based on the XE.com rate.

The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
