This top floor flat serviced by 2 lifts has panoramic views over the mountains the sea and Alto Golf greens.
It has 3 terraces 4 outside tables 16 chairs 2 sun beds and a giant terrace a few steps away.
The main bedroom has a double bed TV makeup corner for madam with hair drier and sliding doors to the bedroom terrace.
The main bathroom ensuite has WC bidet basin and a bath.
The 2nd bedroom has TV 2 single beds and opposite the 2nd bathroom has a shower instead of a bath.
The kitchen is open plan with every possible appliance including dish washer and even a clothes drier and a large table for 6.
Sliding doors open onto the kitchen terrace with access to the utility room with all the other appliances.
The living room has 2 sofas and 1 sofa bed for the younger generation.
For your comfort and amusement there is 70 channel cable TV DVD radio books games a wine bar an HP Presario computer with internet and a giant A/C. The room ends with sliding doors onto the large terrace with views over Portimao and the mountains and sideways to the pool.
All windows and doors are protected with aluminium shutters and all terraces are child proof.
The front door has sliding metal rods and entry to the block is via voice intercom. We have only 2 neighbours.

Vila Marachique is a new resort on the outskirts of Alvor built on the highest ground around with its own roadway leading to Praia 3 Irmaos beach.
It comprises 8 low lying apartment blocks in 5 acres of tropical gardens surrounding the main attraction a lagoon size swimming pool pool bar separate children's pool and play area, the envy of the whole region.
There is parking in the cool underground garage below and above, parking space for everyone. Next to reception is a cafe bar.
The nearest shops are 5 minutes away the nearest village Alvor 1,3 km down the road. But 6 km the other way Portimao has become the retail capital of the Western Algarve with 6 commercial centres and supermarkets.No queues in high summer. We are spoilt for choice.
The nearest restaurant Por do Sol is 1 min away on the other side of the road. It is excellent value for money. Other nearby good restaurants are Xicos Kottemisse Hof van Holland and Vau Costa
and of course Alvor with its choice of Portuguese Italian and Chinese cuisines. Down by the harbour there are around 10 all selling great
grilled sea food and mouth watering views.
This part of the Algarve boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. They start with the vast commercialised sand plain of Praia da Rocha with beach restaurants wooden promenade and rows of parasols and sun beds.Next is Praia do Vau smaller and more secluded and this leads onto the magic caves and coves of Joao Arhens Prainha and Tres Irmaos and lastly the long rolling sand dunes of Praia do Alvor - 10 km or more. A feast of sun sea and sand helped with a little sangria.

Take the main road out from Faro airport. After about 2km turn right following the blue sign for PORTIMAO. Continue following direction
Portimao until you join the A22 highway direction east. Portimao is
a half hours drive along the highway. Take the ALVOR exit one after Portimao. Follow the signs to Alvor past the Aerodrome until you
reach the roundabout in Alvor. Take the last exit on the roundabout past the shop Ali Super up the hill under the footbridge past the restaurants Xico and Por do Sol. Turn right immediately along a dusty road and right again. You are in front of Reception.

Reservations will be confirmed on receiving a 25% deposit preferably by bank transfer.The remainder 8 weeks before departure please.
Also Iwill need a 200 UK Pound cash deposit when you arrive and confirm that the flat really is as pictured.This is in case of serious damage or misuse and will be returned to you when you leave.Any arrival day is acceptable as long as it fits in with the bookings calendar but Saturdays are preferred.Arrival time is 17.00 and departure 11.00 at the latest. This flat is ideal for families with children from 4 up to max 6. It is NOT for all night partying and single sex groups are not welcome. NO smoking.
