Quinta da Abuxarda, is located in the outskirts of Cascais, very close to the Lisbon motorway exit and all of the local golf courses.
The apartment is adjacent to the main house, with bird’s eye view of the property and surrounding area.The property is very secluded, an oasis in a growing town, inside a very peaceful and mature garden.
The loft apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room is open space with dining room, a small all equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, an office area. There's a sofabed that sleeps 1 person, we also provide a baby cot and high chair.
Has a very private terraced balcony(30m2)with sun all day and the view of Cascais village, a very comfortable place for a barbecue in the evening.
All decorated with comfort in mind and its equipped with tv satellite, dvd, hifi, internet access can be arranged in advance.

For beaches, shopping and entertainment, has public transports and motorway exit at a distance of 300m, with very good accesses to Estoril, Cascais, Sintra or Lisbon.

The Estoril coast boasts a wide variety of beaches that have been awarded the prestigious blue flag by the European Union for the quality of their sea water, infrastructure and back-up services. Many of them in coves overlooked by elegant villas and palaces,very much like the Côte d’Azur,with walkways by the sea,esplanades and a wide range of lively, cosmopolitan bars.
Outside the centre,the bars and beaches of Carcavelos are also an excellent place to spend the evening with the sea as a spectacular backdrop.
Cascais has several places of cultural and historical interest, notably the Condes de Castro Guimarães Museum, a number of old churches and forts.Cascais Cultural Centre exhibits, conferences, shows and concerts, a multifunctional area that opens its doors to host the most diverse cultural events.
A visit to the Cascais Cultural Centre is always worthwhile and a pleasant surprise or simply enjoy a coffee break at the Centre’s terraced café.
The fort of Cascais “Cidalela”,16th century fortress was built to defend the Bay of Cascais against invasion.It is one of a string of fortresses along the Tagus estuary designed to protect Lisbon.
