The apartment has one bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 complete bathrooms, large living room, kitchen.
At the basement there is a garage for one car.
The apartment is completely furnished and equipped.
It also has a dvd player and some dvd films
Internet conection is possible with an extra price.

From November till March we charge a fee for electricity -35 euros per week.
In the middle of your stay there is a maide going to make a small cleaning and change towels and linen( the beds are changed at the end of one week)
The apartment is completely furnished and equipped.
There are also linen and towels.
For booking: 50% by bank transfer and the rest at the arrival.
We also ask at the arrival a damage deposit of 200 euros .
This deposit is returned to you at the end of your staying if there are no damages inside the apartment.
