This spacious penthouse apartment is in an exclusive condominium in a quiet location, and is set on a hillside on the edge of the town of Lagos.It has magnificent uninterrupted views of Meia Praia beach and the sea beyond. The beautiful, extensive landscaped gardens complete with a pool and tennis court, are surrounded by a wall with security gates, affording it a high degree of privacy. A short walk takes you to the marina with its abundance of yachts, restaurants and shops.

The historic town of Lagos with its warren of cobbled streets full of restaurants and interesting shops is an enjoyable 20-minute walk from the apartment. This picturesque walk takes you through the marina, over a footbridge which is periodically opened for yachts to pass through and on along the beautiful esplanade beside the boat channel to the left and the old town to the right.

For golfers, the town is surrounded by world famous courses, Penina, Palmares and Boa Vista to name but a few. There is so much to explore in this scenic area of the Western Algarve that return visits from clients are the norm!
Lagos is a beautiful coastal town within easy reach of Cape St Vincent to the west, Monchique and the hills to the north and the fishing port of Portamaio to the east. Faro airport is an easy drive of 45 minutes on the new motorway and can also be reached by rail from the station in Lagos, which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The border of Spain is also an easy drive and can be reached within 2 hours.

The picturesque walled town of Lagos itself is steeped in history still retaining its old world charm and has local unspoilt beaches and famous grottos all within easy walking distance.

From Faro follow the main road to Portimaio and then on to Lagos. From the motorway take the second exit for Odiaxere i.e. Odiaxere Lagos Este.

Continue to Lagos and at the first roundabout follow the signs for Meia Praia and The Marina. The Pingo Doce supermarket should be on your right after 4/500 yds. At the Give Way/roundabout, again follow signs for the Marina and Meia Praia. You will then reach the roundabout with stone post sculptures where the Marina will be the first right, second is Meia Praia and the 3rd opening is signed to Albardeira which takes you up the hill. This is the one you need.

At the top of the hill, the entrance to Marina Park is on your left and the condominium called Monte Anastacia is on your right, directly opposite the entrance for Marina Park. You’re now home and dry!

Prices quoted are for the apartment including 4 people. Prices include bed linen and towels but we do ask that you bring your own beach towels. There is a weekly maid service with bed change.25% deposit at time of booking; balance payable 8 weeks prior to holiday.
