The living area is light and spacious with ample seating and cable tv with uk channels and a dvd player plus a dining table with 6 chairs, this room opens onto a wide balcony through double French doors. The large terrace has a table with 4 chairs and views over the pool lake with the marina and town in the background. The lake is home to two local swans.

The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is only a 5 to 10 minute walk, with a variety of water sports activities available. Palmares, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses are a 5 to 15 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30-minute drive
