A bright, spacious and well furnished penthouse apartment with stunning sea views just 300 yards from the beautiful sandy beach of Meia Praia.

From the south facing lounge diner you have lovely views over the bay but from the apartment's own private roof terrace you have superb views over the harbour entrance and Lagos town. The roof terrace hosts a BBQ area with shaded seating for 6.

Patio doors lead from the lounge diner on to the balcony where you can sit and enjoy your glass of wine whilst soaking up the sun and scenery.

The apartment is very well appointed and therefore the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to enjoy your stay. If eating in is not your style then there are several good restaurants close by or you could pop down to the Marina or into town for a selection to suit all tastes and budget.

The apartment is situated in a quiet area of Meia Praia yet within 15 minutes flat walking distance of the Marina and the centre of Lagos.

Lagos is an historical old walled town with a lively nightlife, fantastic restaurants and bars and pretty lanes packed with individual interesting shops in which you could browse for hours. A 17th century fortress guards the entrance to the harbour and there is plenty of sightseeing from the ancient slave market to the beautiful churches.

It is well worth a stroll around the Marina which accommodates yachts and boats of all shapes and sizes or eat and drink at one of the excellent cafes that line the waters edge. At the Marina you can arrange boat trips to the beautiful grottos, deep sea fishing trips, dolphin watching and snorkling expeditions.


However the beauty of this apartment is that it takes just 3 minutes to cross the road to the wonderful 7k long sandy beach of Meia Praia and the clear blue waters of the ocean. Wind surfboards, kayaks, and all manner of watersport equipment are available for hire from the beach.

Although a car is not essential if you want to explore the West Coast, Cape St Vincent, the Spa town of Monchique and the pretty fishing villages all within easy driving distance we recommend Lagorent from whom you can hire a car at the Airport or in Lagos town.

It is ideally situated for golfers as Palmares Golf course is less than 5 minutes away with Boa Vista, Espiche and Penina being 15-20 minutes drive. Besides all the watersports available there is local horseriding, lawn bowling, walking tours, skydiving, fishing and paragliding and many more activities.

The airport is a 55 min drive away by car along a very quiet motorway or you can make the journey by shuttle bus or by train. The station is about half a mile from the apartment.

Full instructions on reaching the apartment will be forwarded after booking is received. We will arrange for our agent to either meet you at the apartment or at the Marina.

Arrivals after 4pm and departures before 10am. The arrival time can be flexible subject to prior arrangement.

25% Deposit and Balance within 6 weeks of arrival

A deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance 6 weeks prior to arrival.

A returnable security deposit of £180 (€200) is payable at time of final balance.
