Belem is known as one of the most beautiful, historical places in Lisbon. Belem was the departure point of most of the world-changing explorations, during the Age of Discoveries. The Reservation can only be finalized with 30% NET (bank Transfer or paypal) of the total payment that is deducted from total payment, and is non-refundable.

A 250 EURO Damage Deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival.
This Damage Deposit is 100% refundable given that:
a) all provisions are complied with;
b) the house and contents are left in good order, clean and with no breakage or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
