Belem is known as one of the most beautiful, historical places in Lisbon. Belem was the departure point of most of the world-changing explorations, during the Age of Discoveries. Here you find the most important monuments; such as the spectacular Mosteiro dos Jeronimos (where Vasco da Gama is buried) this magnificent monastery and its church are considered Portugal premier work of Renaissance, Torre de Belem which was built on the north bank of the Tagus River to defend Lisbon and Padrao dos Descobrimentos. Belem is also known because of its beautiful museums. The National Museum of Coaches is one of the most visited in Portugal. This is placed in the former Royal Riding School, which occupies the Eastern wing of Belem Palace (Nowadays the Official Residence of the of the President ).

The price for extra persons per person is 50 euro per stay, up to 6 persons in the apartment.

The price includes, water, electricity, gas, cable TV, linen and towels.

The Reservation can only be finalized with 30% NET (bank Transfer or paypal) of the total payment that is deducted from total payment, and is non-refundable.

A 250 EURO Damage Deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival.
This Damage Deposit is 100% refundable given that:
a) all provisions are complied with;
b) the house and contents are left in good order, clean and with no breakage or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Full- payment upon arrival in (cash).
