With a delicious glass of wine enjoying the sun on one of our terraces while your children play in our beautiful garden. Explore this beautiful region and come see what this has to offer! Enjoy a nice drink in our bar or a small snack.
Enjoy all this while you stay in our beautiful apartment.

The apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate one to six persons .
It has a private terrace.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms:
One room has a double bed.
The second room has a bunk bed and one single bed

On request the second bedroom can be provided with
- a second bunk bed so there is space for four people. or
- the bedroom can be equipped with a double bed.

Each bedroom has a wardrobe.

Ther is a lovely bathroom with toilet, sink, tub / shower.
A sitting area where you can relax on the sofa.
We have TV with DVD and we have a list of movies that are available.
In the living area you will find a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, ...

We have a landscaped garden with large lawn where you and your children can play.
On a part of the lawn there is a badminton net and a petanque which you can use.

You can also use the swings, trampoline and sandpit.
We have two daughters (8 and 10 y) , they always like to make new friends

Throug the garden you will find several paths and a nice terrace where you can relax on.
Just de-stress in the hammock is always very relaxing.

In our garden you will find several fruit trees such as pear, peach, orange, persimmon, cherry, plum, fig, ... and many vines and we try to make our own wine.
The ancient olive trees give the garden a wonderfull character (and delicious olive oil!).

While lounging in the hammock, porch swing or enjoy on one of our lovely terraces you can enjoy the beauty of all this !!

New !! We are building a big swimming pool(5,5m X 10,5 m ) with terrace wich will be finished in before July so you can enjoy a swim

We have a nice corner for animals. Where you can find chickens (which provide us with fresh eggs) and guinea pigs . We also have three cats running around and a dog (who has his own space where he can walk around). Also a aviary with parakeets and canaries.

For a nice drink and a snack (sandwiches, pancakes, French fries with Dutch sausages, ..) we have a cozy bar .We also serve breakfast here if you wish . In our bar you will find several board games, books, DVDs, darts and a shuffleboard.

Next to our villa you will find a common playground and soccer field which you can use whenever you want .

We are in a small village in central Portugal at the foothills of the mountain Serra da Estrela. It is a beautiful area and ideal for hikers and mountain bikers. But do you like more action, there are plenty of options such as rock climbing, abseiling, kayaking, horseback riding, ... Culture (Piodão, Conimbriga, University of Coimbra ,...) the beautiful scenery (waterfalls Fraga de Pena, beautiful rivers, ..) but also a day of shopping (Oliveira do Hospital, Coimbra, ..) is one of the many possibilities. 5km away from our house you will find the village Coja where you can enjoy swimming in the River. In this village you will find almost averything such as shops, restaurants, bars, bank, pharmacy, .. But cities such as Coimbra and Viseu and the sea are good accessible from the apartment. So there is plenty to do.

We are located in a safe neighbourhood and you will find no crime here .
