Encosta da Marina is superbly located only a few hundred meters from the Marina de Lagos with its lively selection of bars, cafes and restaurants. It's also only a short stroll to the supermarket and the beach. This spacious 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom apartment is fully air-conditioned with a large balcony with built in BBQ and pool views. A perfect holiday apartment for families.

From the front entrance of the apartment there is a lift or stairs to the second floor, the apartment opens into the entrance hall, to the left is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and all modern appliances, there is a door out from the kitchen onto the terrace with a built in BBQ.

The living area is large and airy with a spacious lounge and a dining table and 6 chairs, there are 2 leather sofas and a large flat screen TV , there is also a satellite receiver with all free view UK channels and a DVD player with a selection of DVD's, the living area had patio doors leading out to the large balcony with an outside dining table and six chairs for some al fresco dining and 2 sun loungers. From the balcony you can see the pool area and at night while sitting out with the pool lights shining it makes for a very relaxing view.

There are 2 bedrooms the Master suite has 2 single divan beds that can be made into a king size bed or left as 2 singles (please notify us of your preference in advance) the en-suite has a bath and over head shower. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom with a shower room located in the hall. Both bedrooms have sliding patio doors out to the back terrace.

This apartment also has access to the roof terrace that boasts some stunning 360 degree views over Lagos and towards the Meia Praia beach, for those who like some private sunbathing there are a couple sun loungers on the roof terrace for the exclusive use of occupants of this apartment.

The pool area is lovely with a large pool surrounded by sun loungers, a lawned area for children to play and a children's pool. There are also toilet and shower facilities by the pool.

There is garage parking available and from the garage there is a lift or stair access to the second floor.

The apartment is situated only a few hundred meters from the Marina and the golden sands of the Meia Praia beach, the Marina which is a few minutes walk away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, café, shopping and markets.

In the summer evenings there is also an abundance of street entertainment throughout the pedestrianised streets of Lagos. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is less than a 5 minute walk, with a variety of water sport activities available, that can be arranged from the Marina da Lagos.

Palmares Golf course, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 25 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.
