This apartment is located in a village just outside the city of Tavira. It is in a newly built small development of 26 flats and is located on the first floor. It has got 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms and can sleep 6 people. The location and size of the flat is ideal for both long-term and short-term rentals - from a few days to a few months. Its got access to 2 most popular beaches in the Eastern Algarve: Barril (by little train that runs through the nature reserve) and Santa Luzia (reachable by a small boat trip that sails off the marina). There are two of a few best golf courses of the Algarve: Benamor and Colina Verde. The area of Santa Luzia is also in the heart of Ria Formosa nature reserve, popular with bird watchers and very rich vegetation. Santa Luzia is very popular both with the locals and foreign visitors.

The flat is a very modern, new built of 2007, very spacious and air-conditioned throughout.
