This is a great location for a quiet holiday. The apartment enjoys
a peaceful golf side location just a short walk from Millennium and
Laguna golf courses yet is only a 5 minute drive from Vilamoura's
famous marina and golden sandy beaches. This spacious, air-
conditioned apartment has been furnished and equipped to a high
standard.

Upon entering the apartment we have the welcoming entrance hall,
equipped with video entry phone. The very comfortable lounge/diner,
with seating and dining for 4 is well-equipped with flat-screen TV,
satellite television (English language channels) and a DVD player
perfect for those ‘quieter’ moments of your holiday. The lounge
also benefits from a Playstation 2 games console and a music
system.

From the lounge with its comfortable sofas and dining area you can
step out onto the spacious private terrace with a view of the
shared pool and gardens. The terrace is furnished with a table and
four chairs, three loungers and a built-in BBQ making it the ideal
spot to enjoy breakfast or any other open-air meal in the peaceful
setting of the private garden.

The fully-equipped kitchen has all of the modern appliances you
need to prepare a relaxed family meal using fresh local ingredients
– and why not enjoy it out on the private terrace?

The air-conditioned master bedroom, with double bed has an en-suite
bathroom with over-bath shower. Bedroom 2 is a twin room, and both
bedrooms have access to the private terrace with views of the
garden and the golf course beyond. There is also a separate family
bathroom.

There is a large private garden to the front and a smaller one to
the rear of the apartment. There are further communal gardens and
adults and childrens pools.
