About the apartment
This sunny and stylish 2 bedroom apartment is an idea base for golfing or sunshine holidays. It is only five minutes drive from Vilamoura marina, town centre and some of the Algarve’s most famous beaches and is within walking distance of Millennium, Laguna and Victoria golf courses.
The condominium is in a lovely tranquil area of Vilamoura and borders Millennium golf course. It has very good size adults’ and children’s pools set in a landscaped garden with plenty of space to sunbathe and for kids to play in. There is a children’s play area, tennis courts, an indoor heated swimming pool and plans for a gym and snack bar.
The apartment itself is air conditioned, fully furnished and equipped with lots of home comforts. There is a good size lounge and dining area with a TV and DVD player and direct access to your own sunny terrace with lovely views over the swimming pools. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a table and chairs so is ideal for al-fresco dining or just relaxing in the sunshine. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is a second bedroom with two single beds and a further shower room. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The apartment forms part of Residence Golf Club a brand new and upmarket complex with lots of facilities including lifts and parking. A car is recommended, although good bus a taxi services are available
