Mourapraia is a prestigious private condominium in the heart of the
world famous marina, beach and golf resort of Vilamoura. The
apartment is just two or three minutes walk from the beach and
marina and have all Vilamoura’s amenities right on your doorstep.

This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is furnished to a high standard.
The lounge is very spacious with a large plasma TV and English-
language satellite TV, so you can enjoy all your favourite
programmes from home. The lounge leads onto a balcony overlooking
the pools and gardens and there are also stairs up to an
outstanding roof terrace. The terrace is equipped with patio
furniture and a barbecue so you can enjoy your meals under the sun
and the stars .

Back inside there is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge
freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The master
bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite with a whirlpool bath
and shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is a
further bathroom.

The development features a gated entrance with reception area,
secure underground parking, landscaped grounds and a lovely oval
adults’ and children’s swimming pool with changing facilities.

The famous Vilamoura Marina, with its vibrant nightlife, fabulous
restaurants and designer shops, is just a few minutes walk away as
are the glamorous Casino and beautiful golden sandy beach. There
are five golf courses in Vilamoura itself and many more within a 15
minute drive. There is also a tennis centre, boat trips, water
sports and excursions available and a fun water park nearby.

Vilamoura is one of the largest privately owned resorts in Europe so
you can be sure of enjoying first class amenities in pleasant
surroundings. Its six world class golf courses draw golfers from
across the globe and its marina gleams with state-of-the-art yachts.
During the day the marina is a popular place to shop and watch the

This apartment is located in the popular golfing and seaside town of
Vilamoura, just a few minutes walk from the Millennium, Laguna and
Victoria Golf courses. Vilamoura is just off the EN125 road between Faro
and Albufeira and is just a 20 minute drive from the airport. Faro
airport is serviced by most budget airlines such as Monarch, BMi Baby,
easyjet, and Thomsonfly. Vilamoura has good local bus and taxi services
and the nearest railway station is just 10 minutes from Vilamoura. We
can arrange airport transfers and car hire.
