This great modern 2 bedroom apartment offers lots of home comforts and is well suited to family, golf or sunshine holidays. It is only five minutes drive from Vilamoura marina, town centre and some of the Algarve’s most famous beaches and within walking distance of Millennium, Laguna and Victoria golf courses.

The apartment forms part of Residence Golf Club a brand new and upmarket complex with lots of facilities including lifts and parking. The condominium is in a lovely tranquil area of Vilamoura and borders Millennium golf course. It has very good size adults’ and children’s pools set in landscaped gardens with plenty of space to sunbathe and for kids to play in. There is a children’s play area, tennis courts, an indoor heated swimming pool and plans for a gym and snack bar.

The apartment itself is air conditioned, fully furnished and equipped. There is a spacious lounge and dining area with a TV and sofa bed. From the lounge you step out onto your own sunny terrace with views over the swimming pool and tennis courts. The terrace is furnished so is ideal for al-fresco dining or just relaxing in the sunshine. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is a second bedroom with two single beds and a further shower room. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Vilamoura is one of the largest privately owned resorts in Europe so you can be sure of enjoying first class amenities in pleasant surroundings. Its six world class golf courses draw golfers from across the globe and its marina gleams with state-of-the-art yachts. The Famous Old Course and Pinhal golf courses just a few minutes drive.
Vilamoura sandy beaches have blue flag, and Falesia beach is great for windsurfing. During the day the marina is a popular place to shop and watch the world go by. One day why not take to the water with scenic boat trips, dolphin watching, sea fishing, parasailing, jet skiis, scuba diving and much more on offer? If you prefer to keep your feet on dry land, Vilamoura is an idea base for exploring the Algarve’s historical towns, villages and markets and the tranquil countryside is popular with horse-riders, cyclists and walkers. |Going east you will find Faro and Tavira and to the west Albufeira, Algarve shopping and the rugged coastline of Sagres and Cape St. Vincent.
At night Vilamoura’s bars, restaurants and casino really come to life with entertainment to suit every taste. Aquashow Water Park is a 15 minute drive away and Quarteira Market, held every Wednesday and Loule Market every Saturday are always worth a visit.

Situated just a few minutes walk from the Golf Courses Laguna and Millenium. Vilamoura Marina is just 5 minutes drive once there you will find all amenities and sandy beaches. Vilamoura has good local bus and taxi services to all major towns and the nearest railway station is just 10 minutes drive from Vilamoura, with links to Lisbon and North Portugal. 25 minutes from Faro Airport on the EN125. Faro Airport is serviced by most low cost airlines such as Monarch, Easy jet, Thomson fly, Bmi Baby and there are good motorway network. We can arrange airport transfers and car hire.

Refundable breakages deposit of £200 required on arrival, to be refunded two weeks after your departure(subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Bed linen and towels are provided but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.
