This great modern 2 bedroom apartment offers lots of home comforts and is well suited to family, golf or sunshine holidays. It is only five minutes drive from Vilamoura marina, town centre and some of the Algarve’s most famous beaches and within walking distance of Millennium, Laguna and Victoria golf courses.
The apartment forms part of Residence Golf Club a brand new and upmarket complex with lots of facilities including lifts and parking. The condominium is in a lovely tranquil area of Vilamoura and borders Millennium golf course. It has very good size adults’ and children’s pools set in landscaped gardens with plenty of space to sunbathe and for kids to play in. There is a children’s play area, tennis courts, an indoor heated swimming pool and plans for a gym and snack bar.
The apartment itself is air conditioned, fully furnished and equipped. There is a spacious lounge and dining area with a TV and sofa bed. From the lounge you step out onto your own sunny terrace with views over the swimming pool and tennis courts. Vilamoura has good local bus and taxi services to all major towns and the nearest railway station is just 10 minutes drive from Vilamoura, with links to Lisbon and North Portugal. 25 minutes from Faro Airport on the EN125. Faro Airport is serviced by most low cost airlines such as Monarch, Easy jet, Thomson fly, Bmi Baby and there are good motorway network. We can arrange airport transfers and car hire.
