A comfortable house in countryside location, easily accessed and
within 8 mins reach of Tavira town (5km), beaches and islands, 2km
from the village of Santo Estevao.

Very suitable for small families and couples, with gated entrance,
shaded parking area and gravelled garden pathways and play spaces
through garden.
From south and southwest facing terrace patios, leading from the
living room and from the kitchen, enjoy an unspoilt view reaching
over orchards and cistus out to Tavira and the sea beyond. The
large kitchen patio has a roof and awning allowing for an ample
seating area in the shade, overlooking the pool area and its
surrounding terraces and close to a free standing BBQ. The tiled 9
x 4.5m pool is accessed by a few small steps and enclosed in a
walled paved terrace with an outdoor shower and with tables, chairs
and sunbeds.
A shaded double carport faces the house and is reached via the
gravelled play area by the south side of the house within the gated
garden compound.
A child friendly and secure property, with few steps, plenty of
sunny and shaded areas and lovely views.
Tavira Island beach is a 15 minute drive away. Reached by a short
ride in a charming ferry (for a euro return!) you will discover
wonderful golden, sandy beaches, beach bars and restaurants on an
island 10 miles by 1. Sta Luzia village next to Tavira also has the
beautiful beach of Barril, situated in a nature reserve and reached
by a toy train. Within the Algarve there are over 100 beaches all
within an hour to an hour and a half drive. All you have to do is
choose!!
A selection of supermarkets and restaurants are located in Tavira
or further afield. The house resides in a conservation area which
is a habitat of woodland animals, birds, and wild scented
shrubbery. Well-suited to nature lovers, bird watchers, golfers,
walkers and families.
Tavira is renowned for its 38 historic churches and its four
beautiful bridges spanning the Gilao river which divides the town
and allows for spectacular riverside views of the medieval town and
river life.
Faro town and airport can be reached in 50 mins on the motorway.
Transport is needed for this location and we recommend that the
client arranges this from the airport or when purchasing flights.
Tavira can be reached in 15 mins by car, where there is a large
variety of restaurants and supermarkets and daily fruit and fish
market.
Faro has a large hypermarket, 12 screen cinema and shopping
complex.
2km from Santo Estevao village and 1.5km from English run bar and
restaurant and minishops. 8min drive from Tavira and vast selection
of beaches, 15 minutes from 2 beautiful new golf courses.
There are 4 beautiful golf courses, all within a close vicinity.
Golf courses include the Benamor course in Cabanas and the newly
built coastal course of Quinta Da Ria, also near Cabanas.

During peak time, arrivals and departures are preferably on Saturdays, though we are flexible. The house is normally available from 1pm.
Property will be inspected prior to arrival and departure and all breakages must be refunded in full.

Long lets over winter from october till april, from 275 euros per week.
