Newly built two bedroom bungalow consisting of master bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading onto the BBQ and garden area . The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The family bathroom with a bath with overhead shower is located inbetween the 2 bedrooms.The dining area and lounge are of open plan design with a dining table to seat six people and the lounge consists of leather sofas one of which turns into a full size double bed.There is a plasma television, sky TV with free to view channels, DVD / radio and a beautiful log fireplace for winter holidays and 2 patio doors leading to the BBQ area with table and chairs for dining alfreso .. The kitchen is fully fitted with a high specification of appliances but most love to cook on the brick built BBQ to the rear of the property whilst enjoying the ambience of outdoor living.There is a rooftop sun terrace which is accessed by steps at the front of the property which not only offers private sunbathing space but also wonderful views. The house has been built with security shutters to windows and there is a safe provided for your personal effects. To the front of the property is the communal pool with sunloungers and shower area ... Bed linen, pool / beach and house towels are provided .. Hairdrier in property for your use

The bungalow is part of a small condominium of 12 properties in the quiet location of Quinta dos Calicos which is approx 1km from The Old Town of Albufeira and Fisherman's Beach and the marina is approx 2 km away .. There are shops, restaurants and the bus route within walking distance and the taxi service is available for on the way back! Zoomarine is 10 mins by car and there is a waterpark 15mins away but transport can be arranged for drop off and pick up later in the day .. The Algarve has many beautiful and safe beaches to explore along with delicious local dishes and wines to savor .. For those who like to shop The Algarve Shopping center is 10 mins away by car and along with the large supermarket you will find many lovely shops to explore .. Inside the the shopping mall there is a ten pin bowling alley, cinema and food court as well.

This exit leads onto dual carriageway road where you need to get into left lane marked-Albufeira .. Stay in this lane and you join another dual carriageway.You will see sign for Albufeira .. Take first exit at roundabout and continue until next roundabout where you take second exit .. More directions will be sent to you by email on booking confirmation
