This comfortable two bedroom townhouse with private plunge pool is
situated in Vale do Garrao, a small, well planned development,
lying directly between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. Vale do
Garrao consists of villas and townhouses set amongst African pine
trees and landscaped gardens.
The beach is a few minutes walk (approx 1km) away and can be
reached by walking through the pine trees or by road which takes
you down to the Ocean. You will find a large selection of
international restaurants, tennis, horse riding, shops and bars all
close by. It is also an enviable location for any golfer as several
of the Algarve's famous golf courses are to be found within 3 km.
Other sports and activities are on offer nearby such as deep-sea
fishing, water skiing, windsurfing, scuba-diving, sailing and
paragliding.
The accommodation has a fully fitted modern kitchen with
dishwasher, oven, four ring hob, fridge freezer, washing machine
and all modern appliances. The dining area overlooks the lounge
area which is modern and spacious. There is a flat screen satellite
TV with DVD and CD player. Patio doors lead to the terrace and
garden area overlooking the plunge pool (4.3 m x 3 m). The master
bedroom is on the second floor and has a double bed, en-suite
shower room and a large private sun terrace. There is a separate
family bathroom with bath and shower on the second floor. On the
first floor there is a comfortable twin bedroom. A very spacious
sun terrace is available upstairs with great sea views. Air
conditioning is available throughtout the property.

The communal facilities of Vale do Garrao are a short walk away,
there is a large free form swimming pool, tennis courts, childrens
playground and health club (local charges apply).

Maid service is offered three days per week, towels and linen
changed once per week.
