Villa is a stylish 3 bedroom villa with heatable pool and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Located in the countryside just 1km from Armacao de Pera and 1.5km from the beach, this is a great base for a fun family holiday, whether all day by the pool or sun bathing on the nearby beaches.

Entrance is up a short sandy track and through electric gates, Casa Bella is next door.

On entering the property to the left is a twin bedroom and a shower room. To the right is an open plan kitchen and dining area with oven, hobs, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker plus more. There is feature central log fire which can warm up the property during the winter. From the kitchen/diner there is access to rest of the property. There is a double bedroom and bathroom with a shower over the bath. The property has a characteristic family bedroom area, a door leads to an area the has twin bedrooms and a sofabed which is great for the kids, through this room is another door that leads to a twin bedroom and shower room. This set up allows parents to have the children close by bit still offers privacy.

The property also has lounge offering TV, FTA Sky, DVD Player, CD, Radio and cassette play with patio doors leading to terrace areas.

There is a safe for personal belongings and smoke alarms.

Outside is a large 9m by 4.5m gated heatable pool swimming pool with roman steps, a brick BBQ, an outdoors WC, large mature gardens with lawns areas. Within the garden area are a table tennis table and also a pool table. The property has views of the countryside and nearby Armacao de Pera.
