Villa Horas Soalheiras (hours of sun) has a south facing terrace and pool. The pool terrace is surrounded by a wall for privacy and can only be accessed from inside the villa.
The accommodation comprises of
Entrance hall with cloakroom off.
Bedroom 1 with ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2 with shower room. Both bedrooms have patio doors onto the pool terrace.
Lounge/diner with Sat TV and patio doors onto pool terrace. There is air conditioning in the lounge only. There is also a small courtyard off the dining area with a BBQ and stairs up to the roof terrace which has sea views.
The kitchen is well equipped with full size cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine etc.
Outside the pool which is approx 9x5m can be heated at an additional cost.
There is also an outside shower and a purpose built BBQ area. There is ample car parking for 2 cars in the driveway.
maid service is provided 5 days a week but not weekends and holidays.
Bed linen is changed weekly and bathroom and kitchen towels are supplied but please bring your own beach/pool towels.
Changeover day preferably a Friday but flexible at the beginning and end of the season

The villa is a 10 minute walk to Praia Centiennes beach and is opposite the lovely Vale da Milho Par 3 Golf course. There are several restuarants within 10 minutes walk and a small mini market at Rocha Brava again within walking distance. The lively resort of Carvoeiro is a few minutes drive and here you will find another beach and an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops.
In the area there are several lovely sandy coves within 10 minutes drive. For the youger members of the family there are 2 Water parks and 1 Theme park with 10/15 minutes drive. There are also several more Golf courses in the area. During the summer months there are deals to be had on some of the courses.
It is a 50 minute drive from Faro airport. Carvoeiro is an ideal location for families and is very popular.

From the airport head for the motorway A22 heading towards Albufeira and Portimao. Keep on the motorway and get off at junction 6 Lagoa. Carvoeiro is just 10 minutes from here.

Entry to the villa can be gained from 2p.m. and on departure day please vacate by 10.a.m. unless special arrangements have been made.
Thursday changeover day but we can be flexible at the beginning and end of the season.
