A lovely property within easy reach of Lisbon, Estoril and Sintra - perfectly situated for an interesting and action-packed holiday.
The house has a comfortable sitting/dining room with French windows opening onto the garden and pool area. The two bedrooms have traditional old Portuguese iron beds. The owner, who has a dog (kept away if guests so wish), lives adjoining the property. He is perfectly conscious of guests' need for privacy and rarely uses the swimming pool. Parents of young children should note that the pool is unfenced.
Cascais and Estoril offer a variety of attractions including several golf courses, casino, night clubs, boutiques and beaches. The beautiful town of Sintra (10 km) is classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage site, and within a radius of 30 km there are numerous beaches for bathing, windsurfing and fishing. Lisbon is also well worth a visit.
