A large, comfortably furnished, open plan living, dining and kitchen room with air-conditioning and an outside dining terrace are on the upper floor with lovely views of the coast and countryside between.
Outside stairs lead down to a shaded courtyard and path to the large pool (10x5m). The extensive pool terrace is next to an olive grove and has magnificent views. The house is set in 1.5 hectares of grounds planted with almond, carob and olive trees.

2 km from the large village of Santa Barbara, where there are several international restaurants and many local Portuguese restaurants in the vicinity. The village also has a bank, post office, supermarket and medical centre.
There is a small grocers and cafe within walking distance of the house.
The beaches and international aiport at Faro are 20 minutes drive away and the historic market towns of Loule and Sao Bras, 15 minutes drive.

Guests will be met in the village of Santa Barbara and shown into the villa on arrival.
