The property is located on the ground floor and the balcony over looks the garden on the same level. The property is strictly non smoking. Jardins do Golfe is nestled beside the 2nd hole of the Royal Course, a short distance from the main entrance of Vale do Lobo. The Jardins do Golfe complex is set in beautiful, mature and well tended gardens. There are also sun loungers in the gardens, along with tennis courts and mini golf. The walk to the beach takes less than 15 minutes along a private road, then onto the Royal Golf Course pathway. It is an easy stroll, suitable for all ages. Newly opened is an onsite restaurant that has live entertainment (mature chilling tunes!) and in winter an open log fire. Rental includes access to the onsite pool in Jardins Do Golfe.

For low and mid season rentals securing deposit must be paid on time of booking this is 50% of the total booking cost. For high and peak season rentals the deposit required is 25%. All deposits are non refundable. All rentals - the balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of €200 is payable before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition. The quoted rates includes maid service with once weekly change of sheets & towels and complimentary welcome basket including wine and food on arrival. The rental includes preparation of the property also cleaning on departure and heating and/or air conditioning. All bed linen, bath and beach towels (summer season and extra set of bath towels in winter) are provided. All rates are in Euro.
