Sintra (3,5Km) is world heritage town with very rich mountain and palaces, Mafra (20Km) is a small town with a forest and a very big monastery, Ericeira (20Km)is a small fisherman town with very good restaurants for fish and shellfish, Queluz is a small town (15 km) with a palace copy of Versailles palace (18 th century - and was
conceived by the same architect), and Lisbon of course is 40 min driving (30Km) is very simple to go there.

Cape Roca is the western point of Europe Continent and is about 15 Km and you may have a certificate of having been there. Cascais and Estoril are also about 15 Km from the property and are very beautiful and cosmopolitan towns, with beautiful palaces, Parks and beaches. To the north, we can have Obidos, a small medieval town (built by Templars knights), and Peniche another fisherman town, both about 60Km.

Lisbon Airport. The property is roughly 30km from the airport.

A fee of 50% is due on your reservation to secure your booking, the remainder is paid on your arrival with the key delivery. A Security Deposit of 350 euros is returned at the end of your stay, after satisfactory departure inspection Long term rentals available with discount, please inquire.

If you cancel your booking less than [eight] weeks prior to the Arrival Date, we reserve the right to retain the Initial Deposit. In these circumstances we will refund the Rental (less any additional costs incurred) to you if we are able to secure an alternative booking for the Property.We would not expect to have to make any changes to your booking, but sometimes problems occur and we do have to make alterations or, very occasionally cancel bookings.If this does happen, we will contact you as soon as is reasonably practical and inform you of the cancellation or the change to your booking and, if it is necessary to cancel your booking, we will refund the balance of any money you have paid us.
