First floor bright and airy apartment in a small six-condo building, situate just three kilometers from Funchal and Seafront. Magnificent views from the twin balconies overlooking the Botanic Gardens, City, Harbour and Sea.

Entrance leads into combined dining/living area. There is a large fully-fitted kitchen with laundry and all amenities. Two bedrooms - one with bathroom en-suite and a second half bathroom with massage shower.

The apartment is just 75 metres above the BOTANICAL GARDENS and BIRD PARK with access by CABLECAR to the Village of MONTE (known for it\'s magnificent gardens, Church and traditional TOBOGGAN RIDE, which is still in existence. Just a ten minute bus ride into the CITY or to the LEVADA WALKS to MONTE; the TEA-HOUSE and CAMACHA. In close proximity there are shops providing a mini-supermarket, chemist, hairdresser, dry-cleaners, general store, cafes etc.

A rental car is not a necessity as the local buses are extremely reliable, frequent and on time. However there is street parking available and the motorway is just 1 km distance if required.

Funchal Airport is 20 km from appartment and all directions and information relative to transport are provided to guests upon reservation.

All the Rates are in Euros.
A Reservation Deposit of 30% of the rental is required in order to secure the accommodation. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival unless the booking is made within the 4 week period, then the full amount of the rental is required and is non-refundable.
We do not charge a deposit for minor breakages/damage but respectfully ask that the items be replaced or repaired.
The weekly rental rate covers two people with a supplement of E5 per person, per night (up to 4 people).
The Rate is applicable for ALL SEASONS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR INCLUDING CARNIVAL, FLOWER & WINE FESTIVALS as well as XMAS & NEW YEAR.

Deposits will be re-imbursed provided cancellation is made in writing THREE (3) MONTHS prior to arrival
