Set on a south-facing hillside overlooking the Lima valley, less than half an hour from the Costa Verde, this newly-restored hideaway snuggles between two immense granite boulders. The 130m2 split level bungalow comprises 2 bedrooms, with the possibility of a third, a large living-room/dining-room with galley kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, a woodburning stove and gas central-heating. The living-room leads to a terrace (framed by olives, wisteria, and bougainvillea) and terraced gardens, with views towards the historic town of Ponte de Lima. The house has its own well with fresh mountain spring water. It's a very stylish house, with polished wooden floors and antiques, and has been very tastefully decorated to make a truly comfortable vacation home. The particularly charming garden is in perfect harmony with its delightful surroundings.

Rates are quoted in Euros. Reservations are confirmed on payment of a deposit of between 50%, and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment is by Bank Transfer or Paypal.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, full refunds will be made (less €30 administrative fee) only if the accommodation is re-let. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
