This good quality accommodation has gardens front and rear, a gated drive and garage. Parking in the area is plentiful and safe.This peaceful location is within 5 minutes walk of Obidos' main entrance and its bars and restaurants.
This picturesque and historic town (recently voted one of the seven wonders of Portugal) hosts festivals throughout the year - International Chocolate Festival in March, Medieval Festival in July and Music/Opera in August among others.
It is also ideal for exploring Portugal's stunning Silver Coast beaches. There are several within a few miles, each with its own character, from great surfing beaches, safe childrens beaches to beautful,long wild stretches of surf and sand. The Obidos lagoon also offers opportunities for fishing or boating and nearby Berlinga Islands are famous for its birds and wildlife.
The pretty town boasts a wealth of history with its castle, ramparts, medieval chuches and Roman aqueduct. There are museums and art galleries and regular musical performances in season. A little further afield you will find amazing monasteries, palaces and monuments.
For golf enthusiasts the Praia d'el Rey and Golden Eagle (Quinta do Brincal) courses are within 5-8 miles.

From Lisbon Airport: Turn right out of the car hire exit. The road forks so take the left fork and stay in one of the right hand lanes till you reach a large roundabout. Take the last exit following signs to A1 norte, A8 Oeste and A12 Sud.Keep following
