Apartment in Cabanas de tavira Description
The apartment is very comfortable, fully equipped and with air
conditioning.
It’s a Duplex apartment divided as following:
First floor with a lounge and a kitchen that leads off from the
entrance hall and stairs go up to the second floor.
On the first floor there is a large living room, with balcony
overlooking the sea, fire-place, cable television, radio and dvd
player, dinning table, as well as two sofas, being one a sofa bed.
Also on the first floor there is a bathroom, with a shower cabinet,and
a small area with a washing machine, and a closet with an iron and
iron table.
On the second floor are the two bedrooms, each one with en-suite
bathrooms.
One room has a double bed and the bathroom has a shower cabinet. The
other room has two single beds and the bathroom has a jacuzzi bath.
The rooms have balconies and access to a large terrace with view to
the main street and overlooking the beach.
The fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, a electric oven and gas
hob, a microwave, a fridge freezer and an expresso coffee machine.
Apartment Détails de la location
Cabanas de Tavira is a small village, facing Ria Formosa, in the
south-east part of Algarve, distancing 7 Km from Tavira and 40 Km from
Faro airport.
Is a friendly and peaceful location with a wide range of Portuguese
restaurants and bars, several shops without a “massive touristic
approach”.
Its beautiful beach island is situated across Ria Formosa, integrated
in the protected area named “Natural Park of Ria Formosa”. The beach
it’s 2 minutes away and the access is done by small boats, that work
from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. during summer time. The boats can be reached in
the quays that are distancing 50 meters from the apartment.
Nearby there are also some other beautiful beaches that deserve a
visit: Praia Verde to the east; Barril and Terra Estreita to west.
In the surrounding area you can also find 6 golf’s courses (the far at
50km way): Benamor and Colina Verde are the closest.

Directions
The apartment is located in Cabanas de Tavira. Traveling from Faro, you
need to take EN125 direction Spain. At proximately 43Km there will be
signs to Tavira, but you should keep in the same road and after
6km(after several rotundas) you will see the sign to Cabanas de
Tavira,turning right.
Going straight ahead you will reach the waterfront, then turn left until
the end of that road, until you reach Urbanização Aldeia Formosa.
Procedimentos de Partida/Chegada
Arrivals after 2.30pm and departures before 12am (other arrangements
can be discussed).
There will be a change of bedding and towels if you are staying more
than one week.
Guests will be met at the apartment and will have a contact number in
case any assistance
is required.
Maximum Capacity has to be respected, otherwise rental agreement is
cancelled and the
apartment has to be abandoned in 24 Hours after notification.
From June 1 to September, 30, the change day must be on saturday.
