This delightful property is located opposite one of the quieter communal swimming pools and is situated on three levels. It benefits from air conditioning throughout, and wireless internet facilities. At the entrance of the property is the kitchen which has integrated modern appliances being a cooker and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, and a washing machine. Conveniently there is also a small breakfast table with chairs. Downstairs on the lower level are the bedrooms. The master double bedroom has built in mirrored wardrobes and a digital safe. The second bedroom is a twin configuration and also has built in mirrored wardrobes. There is a full bathroom on this level complete with a WC, a sink and a bath with a shower over. Upstairs to the upper level where you will find the spacious open plan lounge area, which has two large sofa’s, a dining table with chairs, a flat screen TV with a wide variety of channels including Sky Sports 1 and 2, a DVD player, and a direct dial telephone. There is also a wood burning fireplace. Patio doors from the lounge area lead to a south facing balcony furnished with two sunbeds. A spiral staircase leads to a private sunny roof terrace with views of the open countryside. Upstairs on the third level is the second bathroom complete with a WC, a sink and a separate shower cubicle. On this level there is an additional balcony which overlooks the swimming pool and is complete with a barbeque plus a sink and a small table and chairs. Casa Azul is situated in a quieter area and benefits from two separate balconies as well as a private roof terrace. It is very popular with repeat guests.
