Apartment in Albufeira Descripción
A second floor, two bedroom, two bathroomed, air conditioned apartment in the tranquil
part of the Algarve. Set in the orange groves of Quinta do Paiva.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, microwave and
fridge freezer. A large lounge dining area with TV and DVD player. For
those relaxing evenings you can dine on the private side terrace with
built in barbeque or a ten minute walk to the Ritiro do Isca
restaurant. The side terrace is ideal for sunbathing or just chilling
out under the large umbrella with a margarita. There is a communal
pool overlooked from the apartment which is ideal for children and
adults alike. Falesia and Olhas Agua beaches are five minutes by car.
Golfers are five minutes drive from Pine Cliffs or ten minutes drive
from the many Vilamoura courses. Nelsons bar is a short walk where you
can play pool, snooker, table tennis and darts.

The Algarve is a region famous for its mild sunny climate and long sandy
beaches. There is virtually no rain in Summer. The apartment block is in
the quite area of Vale do Carro, surrounded by orange groves. You are
ten minutes drive either into the centre of Vilamoura or Albufeira. You
are close to all the main golf courses, supermarkets, banks and numerous
restaurants. The Algarve shopping centre at Guia is a twenty minute
journey where there are shops of all kinds, a cinema, bowling and all
types of restaurants.
